If you are exercising and you suddenly hear a song that you love very much all of a sudden you can get an energy boost that makes you run faster!

The third and final tip is also very valuable. If you've lost a month structured blood, sweat and tears in the gym, and you see some results, you should enjoy your body! Sit back in front of the mirror and be proud of yourself. Enjoy your progress and remember how much more you can achieve more!
