| Simple rule of thumb: Eat More Food Alive |
Live food helps you stay healthy
Live food helps your body stay healthy. It is packed with all the nutrients we need (vitamins, minerals, fiber, antioxidants and much more) and it is designed so that your body knows exactly what to do with it. Our body is designed for live food, and live food is designed for our bodies.
When you replace a largely plant nutrition (dead food) by live food, you will feel healthier and fitter. You provide your body with a natural source of nutrients and rid your body of large amounts of salt, saturated fat, sugar and various Additives. This may be because you resolves many vague health problems (caused by questionable ingredients or lack of nutrients), your energy gets you strengthened immune system, responsibility falls off and a positive outlook on life gets.
Ask yourself, so make every day: "I get enough today live food inside?".
What is live food exactly?
Live foods are natural plant food in its unprocessed, raw state. It is food that is grown from the earth, to a plant, bush or tree, vegetable, fruit, nuts, kernels and seeds . When you add more living foods to your life does not mean you have to eat only raw vegetables. It simply means the following:
You choose more often raw vegetables and unroasted, unsalted nuts and seeds in your diet.
You eat fruit regularly, preferably with zest.
You do your best to vary so that you benefit from different nutrients in different foods.
You do your best to base as much as possible your meals and snacks on live feed. You work with fresh vegetables and various other living ingredients such as fresh herbs, olive or walnut oil, spices, mushrooms, legumes and other foods to be heated (such as eggplant).
You choose more often (or as often as possible) for fruit and vegetables which are grown in a fair and responsible manner. So without the use of chemical pesticides and with respect for people and the environment (biological, ecological and fair trade).
Through your diet increasingly relying more on live food, you will increasingly notice positive changes in your body. The more you modified your diet (boils, cuts, heat, etc.) of your diet is less alive. In the preparation of food are lost nutrients. If your vegetable merely heated eat you miss so a range of sensitive nutrients disappear quickly in heat. So it's smart to also add more raw vegetables to your diet.
There are countless ways you can take natural live foods until you get. Here are some ways to get more in both raw and cooked live feed:
Choose as much as possible for casseroles when you heat vegetables. When you cook vegetables namely throw away a lot of nutrients in the cooking water. Heat vegetable you prefer in a wok, casserole or risotto. This will keep as many nutrients in the pan.

Add more seeds (such as flaxseed or chia seed ) to your meals. This gives you more fiber and omega fats inside.
Snack frequently with fruit. Eat evening if you crave for example, an orange or banana instead of a stack of cookies.
Challenge yourself to frequently cook with real ingredients (without packs, jars, powders and sauces). You will find that you experience more pleasure from cooking and more satisfying to have the dish. You can taste real taste! You cook no longer to fill your stomach but to nourish your body .
Raise the bar for yourself. Do not be happy when you've lived a whole day just on bread, biscuits, potatoes and meat. Push yourself to eat more vegetables, every day. Spend more time around the fruit and vegetable shelf than the meat or biscuits shelf. Before you know it becomes a habit to eat vegetables every day, and you feel uncomfortable when you have a day hardly vegetable receives.
