| Fact or myth lines of your body goes into power save mode |
Are you a while to the lines, but it is not so hard? Maybe you think that's because your body is in "power save mode" is when a while fewer calories until you take?
People who need less weigh also have less energy, in order to maintain the body and to propel. People who have lost weight may, in order to maintain a healthy weight, eat less than those who have not lined.
Professor Klaas Westerterp examined how much less precise. For a study he looked at 91 people who were lost in eight weeks around 10 kilos and then continued on weight. They proved an average of 65 kilo calories per day, after ten months to have less needed than was calculated on the basis of their new weight. The more she had fallen, the fewer calories they needed.
Yet burn people who have lost weight less than their new weight would suggest. This has to do with stress in the fat cells, stored energy in cells and they go into opposition if it receives less: a low-power mode so that can persist for years. You can influence some things for example by doing strength training and a diet high in protein.
